Job responsibilities：

1. Development of silicone release coating, pressure-sensitive adhesives, coatings, resins, and other products.

2. Validation and optimization of new product manufacturing processes and process routes

3. Organization and archiving of technical documents

4. Management of laboratory instruments, equipment, raw materials and chemicals

5. Perform daily safety, hygiene, and EHS-related responsibilities in the lab.

6. Handling of customer product quality issues

7. Other duties assigned by department supervisor.

Job qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree or higher in materials or related fields, such as the chemical industry, light chemical industry, applied chemistry, or polymers.

2. Strong communication skills with proficiency in computer operation and office software applications

3. Excellent hands-on ability, attention to details, and a methodical approach to work.

4. A high level of enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility towards work.

5. Strong team spirit and collaboration capability

6. Good foreign language proficiency (English preferred)

7. Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in related industries.
